Upcoming Test Dates For Current Students

You must register prior to the test date in the Academic Support Center office in Old Main 135A or call (715) 394-8019.  An $20 fee per test needs to be paid prior to the test date if the test was previously taken.

Students should bring:    #2 pencils       Non-graphing calculator        UWS Student ID#

* French, German, Spanish Exams are offered w/the English Exams 

Regional Placement Testing for Fall 2009 Students

Students entering a UW school in the fall of 2009 MUST register to take their placement exams during the Spring Regional Testing program at http://www.testing.wisc.edu  This site will be active beginning February 1, 2009.  Regional testing dates at UW-Superior will be March 14, 28, April 4,19, 25.

Placement Testing General Information

Placement Test Retakes: An $20 fee is charged for each test retake. The fee should be paid at the Academic Support Center, Old Main, Room 135A, prior to taking the test.

Results of Placement tests: Students should go into their E-hive account. Click on View Degree Progress report. Go to the bottom of the progress report.

Math Placement Testing: UW-Superior requires all students to take the Math Placement Test. Scheduling for this test is in Old Main Room 135A or at 715-394-8019.

English Placement Test: Students are placed into English courses based on their ACT English composite score, and are not required to take the English Placement Test if enrolling on this campus. Scheduling for this test is in Old Main Room 135A or at 715-394-8019.

Foreign Language Placement test: UW-Superior offers French, German and Spanish placement testing. Students planning to enroll in Spanish or German are encouraged to take this exam. Scheduling for this test is in Old Main Room 135A or at 715-394-8019.
